EBSB Balloon Launch 2016

IMG_6945On April 29th, the science teacher, Donnel Dulay at East Bay School for Boys helped launched a high altitude balloon reached 110,000 feet and traveled over 110 Miles per hour at times. It was a super windy day.

The images we captured were incredible. Students had in wonderful time helping and watching the launch process as you can see in the video. At the following week, students learned how to read and understand the data we captured. See the video on the bottom of the post.
